All fighters that compete in the state of Pennsylvania are required to fill out specific forms. These include professional and amateur fighters. You can visit the PA State Athletic Commision web site or choose the forms provided below. It is the fighter's responsibility to get these forms filled out and sent in to the appropriate organization. We are here to help assist in this process.

For the August 15th Event Professional Weigh-Ins will take place at 7pm, August 14, 2009 at the Iceoplex at Southpointe. Amateur weigh-ins will take place on Saturday, August 15, 2009 at 11:00am. Physical exams for all fighters will take place on Saturday, August 15th following amateur weigh-ins.
